Contact details – how do I change and how much notice should I give?

Log in to My Account with your subscriber number and the email address associated with your subscription account. Select My Details from the menu bar to change your contact details. For help contact Customer Services

For Print allow up to 4 Weeks for your magazine to be delivered to your new address

For Digital and Tablet Please be aware that the email address you provide will be required when you login to either the digital edition or the EG iPad app. Changing your email address will change your login details for the app within 72 hours.

Delivery - when will I receive my first issue?

For Print please allow up to 28 days, depending on your location to receive your first issue.

For new orders to Digital, access is instant when you subscribe online

If you change how your issues are delivered, to digital, you will get instant access.

For new orders to the app access is instant when you buy online
If you change how your issues are delivered to the app before your current subscription ends you will also get instant access
If you renew to the app before your current subscription ends you will get access to the first issue following your current subscription end date
If you renew to the app after your current subscription ends you will get instant access

Delivery - how do I change how my magazine is delivered / subscribe to a different package?

EG is available in print delivered by the postal service, digitally delivered by email and available for your mobile or tablet device (currently for apple and android). To change how your subscription is delivered log in to My Details with your subscriber number and the email address associated with your subscription account. Select Change How My Issues Are Delivered from the menu bar. For help contact Customer Services


Delivery - who do I contact if my issue does not arrive?

For Print - If your magazine is not delivered it is possible to claim a replacement for the current issue or request an extension to your subscription. Unfortunately it is not possible to claim for issues other than the current issue. Log in to My Account with your subscriber number and the email address associated with your subscription account. Select Missing Issue from the menu bar. For help contact Customer Services

For Digital - If you do not receive a digital edition please Log in to My Account and check that your subscription has not expired. If your subscription is active please contact Customer Services and one of our agents will send you the link to the missing digital edition.

For the app - - All app editions within your subscription period are downloaded to the EG app on your mobile or tablet (apple and android). Launch the app and locate the issue you want to read. If the issue does not appear go to My Account and check your subscription is active and has not lapsed. Make sure your device is connected to a WiFi network or if possible to a 3G network. If you’re still having problems contact Customer Services


Delivery – how is the magazine delivered? (print, app, digital)

EG is delivered in the following formats:

Print magazine is delivered by the postal service
Digital edition , a digital replica version of the magazine is delivered by email on the Friday before the cover date

The app, an interactive version of the magazine is available to download on your mobile or tablet, on apple or android devices, on the Friday before the cover date

The following subscription packages are available:
Print
Digital (includes the digital edition and the app)
Print & Digital (includes the print magazine, the digital edition and the app)

Delivery – when does EG magazine arrive?

Print magazines are placed in the postal service on the Friday prior to the cover date. For guidance, see estimated delivery times based on regional postal services below:

Digital version – what is the digital version of EG?

When you subscribe to Digital you will receive an email every Friday morning with a link to the latest issue of EG to read on your PC or Mac. When you click on the link the digital magazine will open in a web browser page, with options to print, download as a pdf, search and zoom - featuring all the great content from the print magazine with a classic page turn functionality a full day before it is available in print


Expiry date - when will my subscription end?

Log in to My Account with your subscriber number and the email address associated with your subscription account. Select My Details from the menu bar to check your subscription end date. For help contact Customer Services


EG - what is the difference between the app, digital and print versions?

When you subscribe to the app, your weekly issue of EG will be available to download and view on your mobile or tablet device (on apple or android) every Friday, 24 hours before it's available in print. In addition to all the great content available in the print magazine, the app contains additional features such as video, photo galleries, links to building reports on EGi (Only available to EGi subscribers), easy navigation and active links in articles and advertisements.

Payment requests - why do I continue to receive renewal advice or invoices for a bill I have paid?

Please disregard a payment request for a bill you have already paid – due to order processing lead times occasionally payment requests/payments may cross in the post. If you receive a second request please contact Customer Services and we will correct the situation promptly.


Print – what is the print version of EG?

When you subscribe to Print, your weekly issue of EG will be delivered by the postal service


Renew – how do I renew my subscription?

Log in to My Account with your subscriber number and the email address associated with your subscription account. Select Renew from the menu bar to renew your subscription. For help contact Customer Services


The app – how do I activate my subscription?

If you purchased your app subscription with EG, follow these steps to get instant access to the app:-

iPhone users:
If you are on an iPhone. Download the EG app from App store
Tap on the list icon in the top left of your screen, then tap “Account” followed by “Existing Subscriptions”
Enter your account details:
Username - your email address (associated with your subscription)
Password – Order/Subscriber Number
Tap log in
Return to the library screen and download the issue(s) you wish to read

iPad users:
If you are on an iPad Download the EG app from App store
Tap on the “profile” icon in the top right of your screen followed by “Existing Subscriptions”

Username and password – what is my username and password for the app?

If you purchased your subscription online with EG:
Username is your email address (associated with your subscription - not necessarily your Apple or Google Play ID)
Password is your order reference number or your subscriber number

If you purchased your subscription by phone or by post with EG:
Username - your email address (associated with your subscription - not necessarily your Apple ID)
Password – your order reference number or your subscriber number
You will receive an email within 48 hours confirming your subscriber number. Please ensure you provide your email address to our customer service telephone team or include it on your order by post

If you purchased your app subscription through Apple or Google Play::
Apple: Use your Apple ID and password. Visit http://store.apple.com/uk/help/your_account

Why do I need a password?

We have added a secure login to protect your details. To access your details in MyAccount, you will need to log in using your subscriber number, your email address and a password of your choice.

How do I set up a password?

To register your password, go here. You will then be sent an email with in instructions and a link to active your password. Can’t find the email? Leave it a minute then check again or look in your spam folder. You must active your password before you can log in. If the password is not activated within 7 days, please register it again.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

You can set up a new password here. You will then be emailed a temporary password with a link and instructions on how to reset it. You must use the reset link within 7 days. Can’t find the email? Leave it a minute then check again or look in your spam folder. Customer Services cannot set up a password for you, please go here to rest your password.

Why can’t I log in?

If you have attempted to log in unsuccessfully 10 times or more, your account will be locked for 24 hours. Customer Services cannot set up a password for you, please go here to reset your password. They can help you Renew, Change Address, check Account Details or Suspend Delivery. Contact them on +44 (0)330 333 9411 or email estates.gazette.subs@quadrantsubs.com.

What is ‘Instant Renewal’?

‘Instant Renewal’ is the fastest and easiest way to renew your subscription safely and securely online, with a single click. ‘Instant Renewal’ was automatically enabled after you made the last payment for your journal and means that your renewal payment will be automatically charged to the last card you used, if that card is still valid. If necessary, you can change the card at the point of payment. No more re-entering card details every time you renew.

How secure is ‘Instant Renewal’?

Extremely secure. You have to be logged in to My Account to use ‘Instant Renewal’ and your card details are stored in a secure manner to ensure you are protected against online fraud. As an added safety measure, remember to log out of My Account when you are finished.

PayPal – how do I cancel my billing cycle payment?

To cancel your billing cycle payment to EG via your PayPal account please email us at Estates.Gazette.subs@quadrantsubs.com and follow the below process to cancel directly through your PayPal account.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Profile at the top of the page.
  3. Click My money.
  4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
  5. Select the merchant RBI Subscriptions.
  6. Click Cancel.
